How do I know my size?
Shopping online and unsure about your size? We understand—it can be tricky! To help you out, we've included a detailed sizing guide below every product on our website, ensuring you find your perfect fit.
Our sizing runs true to size unless stated otherwise. If you're looking for an oversized style, we recommend ordering one size up from your regular fit.

What payment methods do we accept?

How do I take care of my Bittersuits item?
We recommend that you wash all your clothing inside out on 30°C, with separate colors if possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where is my order?
To track the status of your order, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the EU, United States, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina.
Shipping prices differ in each region, view the checkout page for the correct amount.
Why hasn't the tracking been updated?
Shipping labels are occasionally created before the items are shipped, leading to delays in tracking updates. If you encounter such delays, rest assured that your order is in progress.
How do I change the shipping address for my order?
Only if your order has not been shipped yet, you can update the shipping address by contacting us at bittersuitsbetter@gmail.com with your order number and the corrected address details.
My order was marked delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please check that your order wasn't delivered with neighbours or in a pickup point. If you still haven't found your order send us an email bittersuitsbetter@gmail.com including your order number and the concern. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue!
Return & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date.
Do I have to pay for the return shipment?
Yes, you are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment.
Orders and pre-orders
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order. Except if your order contained a pre-order item or in busy days (black Friday, big drop, sale) it may take longer. We’re doing our best to deliver it as fast as possible!
I've payed for an order but haven't received order confirmation
Please check your spam or junk folder. If the confirmation email is still not found, contact us bittersuitsbetter@gmail.com, and we will assist you in verifying your order status.
How can I cancel my order?
Once the order has been shipped out cancelling isn't possible. To cancel your order, please send an email to bittersuitsbetter@gmail.com with your order number and the request to cancel. We will do our best to assist you.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve items before they're officially released or restocked. Purchasing on pre-order ensures you'll receive your item as soon as it's available.
When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated shipping dates are always indicated on each product’s description page. Please note these dates can sometimes change due to production or shipping delays, but we'll always update you if this happens.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
You'll be charged immediately upon placing your pre-order to reserve your item.
Will I receive updates on my pre-order?
Absolutely! We’ll regularly inform you via email with any updates regarding your order, including notifications when your item ships.
